What is your turnaround time for your prints?
Our normal turnaround is 7 to 14 business days; this can vary depending on the quantity ordered.
When will my order ship?
Normally, your order will ship within 7 to 14 business days. Bulk orders may need more time, but extended shipping times will be communicated to you via email.
Note: Due to the COVID Restrictions shipping may now take up to 1-2 weeks.
If you need items within a certain timeframe, please email us to ensure the order can be fulfilled as needed.

What shipping services do you use?
Shipping is usually handled by USPS and items are sent First Class and Priority. Please allow 2-3 days for your items to reach you once shipped.

Return & Exchanges
We appreciate your support to the fullest. However, when shopping online it is important to make sure you order your correct size. Please be sure to pay attention to the sizing chart so you can make the best decision regarding size. If you have any questions about sizing, please contact us at contact@missytees.com and we will be happy to assist you in selecting the best size.

What is your return & exchange policy?
If an item arrives to you damaged or defective, please send an email to info@missytees.com within 24hrs of receipt. Please attach a picture of the item and we will work with you to evaluate the issue and get it resolved.
If you have received the wrong item, we will kindly exchange your tee, sweatshirt or hoodie with your correct print at no additional cost to you.
How should I wash my prints?
Depending on your print, washing instructions will vary, and are attached to each print ordered.

For our Screen Print Tees
What size should I order?
Our sizes range from XS - 3XL. We normally use unisex (men’s) tees and it is suggested that women should order one size DOWN to have their correct size. If still unsure, please refer to our sizing chart for more details and suggestions to determine the proper fit. We normally use crewneck tees, but V-necks and women fit are available upon request. No, although our primary goal is to provide you with quality shirts, we have expanded to provide more items essential to our mission. Stay connected to find out more!!!

Coupons & Discounts
Sign up for our mailing list and be on the look out for discounts and coupon codes. Discounts cannot be applied to a previous purchase. Only one discount code per purchase at time of purchase. This means that once your order has been processed no discount codes can be applied.
